The file you downloaded is still a BETA version (RC actually).
It's not for the general public (no offense to you!), but only for my registered BETA testers.
This restriction was imposed explicitly to avoid the various BETA versions circulating in the wild and creating confusion!

That was the bad news.
Here is the good one:

I hope I can release the new SASHA-16 (2019 Edition) in two weeks (maybe labour day, May 1st? THAT would fit!)

So you'll have to wait just a wee bit more.
Patience is a virtue...:P
