sorry for the somewhat late reply.
I managed to reproduce the situation that you describe.

Here's what I found out: (some technobabble ahead)

By default Morphia comes with only it's own morphs already in the figure. When you load her into your scene it runs scripts which create the DAZ "V4 Base" and "Morphs++" channels.
However these channels are *empty* ("indexes" and "numbDeltas" both at zero, and the actual deltas are missing too). However these empty morph channels are set to "hidden" thus you can't see them until you inject the actual DAZ morphs.

What probably happened in your case was that you had by accident "Show hidden parameters" in the parameters pallette "on"(=ticked).
If this is set to "off"(=unticked), Poser won't "see" these and consequently not copy them. (or is this a new *feature* a.k.a. glitch in P11?)



Whatever:
When this is ticked then Poser will "see" the empty morphs and copy the information ("indexes 0" and "numbDeltas 0") into the V4 morphs already in SASHA, and by this actually "super-zero" all the morphs and all of their deltas.
Kind of a unexpected "REMove" pose, so to speak [frown]



I also had a look at the Morphia face injections and found out that they act as a kind of "zero face" pose too, because they contain all the V4 expression and shape channels too, but all set to zero.
Which might make sense as far as the "shape" morphs are concerned, but perhaps not so well thought out regarding the "expression" morphs.
Well, at least that's not a big problem.



Here's what you can do:

Please run this little experiment for me:

- initialize SASHA as you did, up to the point just *before* you copy the morphs from Morphia.

- Now please double-check that "show hidden parameters" is *not* checked, and then copy the morphs.

- The V4 morphs should all work now. Please let me know your results of this test.




Going one step ahead already, and supposing the V4 morphs still get zeroed, here's the solution:

ALL morphs:


- Right after loading SASHA Base and *before* you proceed with loading any of the other morphs, load Morphia and copy the morphs into SASHA. Then carry on as usual, and the morphs will all work as they should.

- Alternative solution: If the damage is already done, just re-inject the V4 morphs you need using the injections in SASHA's setup folder to reinstate the morph data.
Don't forget to reload the "33 S-16 Morph Fixes" because they are alternative versions of some of the original V4 morphs!


Expressions:

- If you already have an expression dialed in that you want to keep, load my "Xpression Fairy" into the scene (the simple cube will do) and copy the expression to it.
Then inject any of the Morphia faces onto SASHA and copy your expression back from "Xpression Fairy" into SASHA. Voilà!


Hope that helped, and sorry for the long winded explanations. [rolling_eyes]

This led me on the trace that you probably had the "Show all parameters" on, because otherwise you wouldn't have been able to still see the "morphs++" morph for the smile because it would have been set to invisible by the faulty "copy morphs" operation.

Sometimes the devil is in the detail.

No , it's not in the manual (yet) because I didn't think of this option until you brought it up.
However it'll be included in the next service release.

So it looks as if hidden parameters can still be toggled hidden/visible, just that now the selector is in the "General Preferences".
A bit impractical IMO because now you have to navigate through the menu, click on "General Preferences" and then again navigate through the preferences window to perform this simple task.
Toggling it from top of the parameters palette was a one-click job...


The other point (Hidden parameters are no longer omitted...) is a bit unclear and contradictive.
So let's look at it from a logical POV:

- Hidden parameters are here for a purpose: to stop the user from fiddling with dials that are none of his business and then that same user coming back claiming that something is broken.

- However these hidden parameters probably will be controlled by master parameters which are *not* hidden and thus selectable in the "Copy Morphs From..." list.

- Now if Poser would ignore these hidden parameters it would actually break the morph because it's "hidden" dependencies were omitted in the copy operation.

- Conclusion:

- I *believe* (because I can't check this) that SmithMicro modified the algorithm from:

if morph == hidden:
    skip
else:
    if morph == inCopyList:
        copyMorph
 
 

to

if morph == inCopyList:
    copyMorph
else:
    if morph == hidden:
        skip
 
 

THAT would make sense.

Yes that's a problem.

The (hopefully) new standard of marking the relevant morphs with an @ symbol might help.

However (and since this is the original topic of this thread) it won't help you with Morphia because she doesn't have this feature, so we're still left to figure that out ourselves, somehow.

Last time I tried it was sufficient to first deselect the whole list, then just select all morphs in the BODY actor, and all in the head actor.
The dependent morphs in the child actors are copied automatically by Poser.
