That's correct, and it doesn't work on any other figures that uses such "quick pose" master dials.

The reason is that Poser only reads the *local* rotation dials of the body parts, but not the *absolute* ones which are the result of local dial setting plus master dial values.

There's a free Python script by Dimension3D which deals with this problem:

You might need to edit the configuration files to add the SASHA-specific easy-pose dials, but from what I have seen in Ralf's other works this should be a straightforward and well documented operation.
