you can simply do this by setting "-Movement Control " in the "SPECIAL SASHA CONTROLS" Group in the BODY actor to .
Now you can move the Body up/down as you please.

Read chapter 2.4. The "Movement Control" in the manual for a more in-depth explanation about this feature.

Are you talking about a "repeater" dial for the hip "ytranslate" dial, with both dials working synchronized to each other? Interesting idea!
I'll check that out whether it's doable without unwanted side effects; these interlinked dials can play bad tricks on you sometimes. I'll see what I can do.
