I guess you have Poser 11. Here's what SM writes about their SR 4:

From what I understand the .com.obj has to do with the queue manager.
So either install SR4, or set your file search in the "General Preferences/Library" to "Shallow" or "deep".

Another solution would be to go to Poser's basic runtime (the one that sits in the program's folder).
In the "Geometries" folder there's a "Null.obj". Copy this and rename the copy to "com.obj".

Whatever, the "com.obj" isn't anything that's needed by SASHA at all, so no worries.
